3. Services and Platform Access

3.1 Service Description

  • Attempt to circumvent security measures, geographic restrictions, or responsible gaming limits

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

6.3 Virtual Currency Rights

  • You do not own virtual currency; you license the right to use it
  • Digimatrix retains full ownership and control of all currency systems
  • Virtual currency cannot be transferred to other accounts or external parties
  • Virtual currency has no value outside our platforms
  • Digimatrix may modify, suspend, or terminate virtual currency without liability

7. Bonuses and Promotions
